Pika North of Snoqualmie Pass Welcome to Postholer.Com!
Postholer is your source for trail information along the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) and the Continental Divide Trail (CDT). Both sites are updated daily from November 1st to well into spring. Each site offers varying types of information, but the primary goal is to provide you with general snow conditions along each trail. Hopefully, this will assist you in your trip planning endeavors.

New Toy
Ok. We've added a completely new, useless feature to the site. It requires AOL Instant Messenger or ICQ. So, what is it? It's an automated source of trail information. Type in "Warner Springs" and you'll get mailing info for that location. Type in "permit" and get links to permits needed to hike the trail. Type in anything and see what pops up. See, useless! This feature can be accessed at IM Postholer, which is equivalent to sending an AOL Instant Message to 'IMPostholer'. New query's will be added as folks use it.

Featured Journals
For the PCT faithful, Woebegone's journal will keep you entertained as he hikes the PCT southbound. His journey starts June 15th. For the CDT faithful, check out Pi's journal as he sets out on a southbound hike starting mid/late June into the wilds of the CDT.
